Luxury that Makes Sense
In addition to providing you with optimal service, safety and convenience, Jet Equity provides an amazing value with costs that are nearly half of other programs. Our programs allow for an efficient use of your capital and predictable expenses that are guaranteed for the life of your contract. There are three elements of Jet Equity ownership: Acquistion Cost, Monthly Management Fee and Occupied Hourly Fee. You can be assured of a straight forward and transparent cost structure without any hidden fees or surcharges that are inherent in many other programs.
Acquistion Cost
*With Jet Equity you’ll pay a one-time acquisition cost based on your ownership share. You will actually purchase an interest in a specific, serial-numbered aircraft. An 1/16 interest in a Cessna Citation Mustang will cost as little as $265,578. The size of the interest you purchase is directly related to the number of hours you fly in a year. An 1/16 interest, for example, is equivalent to 50 hours of annual flying time.
No additional capital outlay is required at the end of your initial agreement. You simply renew your management agreement for an additional five years at the prevailing rates, or sell your interest at fair market value. And if your travel needs change, you have the liquidity to sell your shares at fair market value less a remarketing fee.
Monthly Management Fee
Jet Equity owners are responsible for a monthly management fee. This fixed cost covers maintenance, insurance, hangaring, owner services, pilots' salary, training and related expenses.
Occupied Hourly Fee
Flight-specific direct operating costs, including standard fuel, engine reserves and landing fees are covered by the occupied hourly fee. This charge includes occupied flight hours plus 6 minutes of taxi time at the beginning and end of each flight.
Jet Equity also offers financing options for the Acquistion cost. We will work closely with you to determine the best ownership option to accommodate your business or personal travel requirements.
